Félix Mailleux
Passionate about optimizing internal processes, facilitating teamwork, and improving communication within companies, I support organisations in their pursuit of efficiency and good governance, while promoting the well-being of their teams.
With a Master’s degree in Political Science and ten years of experience in diverse environments – five years in industry, four years in an international trade union organization, and one year in the public sector – I have gained a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and decision-making methods. During this period, I also co-founded two non-profit organizations, one with a social purpose and the other focused on sports. This diversity allows me to quickly identify improvement levers and tailor my solutions to the specific needs of each structure.
Through an analytical approach and active listening, I design and implement concrete and pragmatic solutions to make businesses more efficient, resilient, and harmonious.
